What's sold from this page, what you may do with it, and what it isn't.

What's sold

One digital download pack: the tracker as a PDF in US Letter and A4, plus one .xlsx spreadsheet. It is sold once, at the price shown on the product page, and delivered as a download the moment payment clears. There is no account to create and nothing that renews.

Buying it

Checkout, payment and file delivery are handled by Payhip. Their own terms govern the payment itself; this page covers the files and how you may use them.

Using the files

The files are for your own bookkeeping, personal or in your business. You may print as many copies as you need for that. You may not resell, redistribute or republish the files themselves, in the original or a modified form.

What it is not

This is a record-keeping tool, not tax advice. It does not file anything, work out your tax, or guarantee any deduction. Category names and line numbers are taken from the 2025 Schedule C (Form 1040); the IRS can renumber lines between years, so check the current form and its instructions before you file. If you are unsure where an expense belongs, ask a tax professional.
